"Adoption is a metric. Bravery is a strategy."
Mexicana-Americana. Bilingual. Bold by design. I stand in the gap between what technology can do and what people are willing to try — en los dos idiomas. My job? Making the unfamiliar feel possible. Bienvenidos.
I believe the most powerful technology in any organization is the person who refuses to accept "that's just how we do things." I've spent my career standing in the gap between what technology can do and what people are willing to try, and my job has always been the same: make the unfamiliar feel possible. I didn't stumble into AI enablement. I chased it. I saw a world where Copilot and generative AI could transform how people work, and I built the playbook, the training, and the champions network to make it real. Not because someone asked me to, but because I couldn't sit still knowing the potential was right there, untouched.
Beyond the resume, I'm an ENFP who believes the best way to understand the world is to stay curious. Whether I'm playing piano (with more heart than skill) or hosting a weekly Bible study to stay grounded, I'm driven by a "learn-it-all" spirit that AI has only accelerated. Growing up between two cultures and languages gave me a dual perspective — a gift that turned into a professional toolkit of empathy, compassion, and a relentless drive to evolve. I bring that duality into every strategy I build and every workshop I lead. And while I might lead the room, my two Shih Tzus, Leo and Santi, remain the undisputed CEOs of my home.
This is what I know to be true: People are the transformation or the detractors. The organizations that will win the next decade are the ones brave enough to invest in the humans using them. I want to work with leaders and teams who believe that too, who understand that adoption without empowerment is just compliance wearing a smile. If you're building something that puts people at the center, I want to be in the room. Let's connect!

A four-phase methodology for sustainable technology adoption:
A weighted scoring system that helps organizations move from "we should use AI" to "here's exactly where to start and why." Includes a scoring matrix, Excel workbook, and interactive React dashboard.
The full story of driving 87% adoption across 6,500 employees: the Champions network, the Flywheel methodology, the training engine. This is the flagship.

Case Study Coming SoonSpanish-language AI education for 500M+ Spanish speakers. A venture built on the belief that AI access shouldn't depend on what language you speak.
In DevelopmentThis is where I think out loud. About AI, about people, about what happens when you put the two together with intention.
We celebrate adoption rates like they're the finish line. But are people actually using it, or did they just click the button because someone told them to?
There are over 500 million Spanish speakers in the world. The vast majority of AI education exists only in English. That's not a gap. That's a wall.
People are not the bottleneck. The absence of trust, context, and relevance is. When you roll out a tool without explaining why it matters, you've just added another tab.
Whether you're designing an AI enablement strategy, looking for a speaker who actually speaks human, or just want to connect with someone who believes people are the point — I'd love to hear from you. I'm especially interested in freelance partnerships, speaking opportunities, and collaborations that put community and courage at the center.
